how do you turn off the fake call thing because its immensely annoying!!!

had this phone for over a year now, getting sick of it, its laggy at times and theres no wi-fi at all , should have got the Jet at the time. This the same video i saw and i wanted it but now i regret it, the keypad is a bit small. But the Camera is great even though i dont really use it.
Can’t wait for my upgrade and hand this phone over to my sis.
